Christian Huber
Christian Huber joined the team at Huber’s Starlight Distillery in January of 2018 after completing his studies in Viticulture & Enology at Niagara College in Ontario, Canada. Christian is a member of the 7th generation of the Huber Family that is now 180 years old. His focus is on the production, distribution, and sales of Huber’s wine and spirits. Huber’s Starlight Distillery now has distribution in 18 states with international distribution in Canada.
Christian has been instrumental in taking the Starlight Distillery brand and single barrel program to the next level by implementing his passion for oak analysis, cask finishes, and knowledge for terroir driven spirits.
Christian enjoys collecting fine wine and spirits and has a love for traveling.
