Blake Riber is a whiskey enthusiast from Jacksonville, FL. He’s the founder of the bourbon blog Bourbonr.com and craft spirits retail site Seelbach’s. While sharing his passion for bourbon, Riber wrote several viral posts. These posts included “Poor Man’s Pappy”, “Buffalo Trace Mash Bill Break Down” and the “Pappy Van Winkle Release Maps”. After noticing a change in consumer behavior and attention to limited releases, Seelbach’s was started in 2018.
