- In order to camp in our dedicated RV areas, you MUST arrive in your RV. An RV must be parked on each RV campsite.
- Each Car + Tent campsite must be occupied by a livable unit on the campsite.
Camping Faqs
The Bourbon & Beyond campgrounds open at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 18. Camping vehicles hangtags will be mailed in advance and will include directions to the camping tollbooth entrance. Fans who purchased (in advance) an Early Arrival Pass can gain access to the campgrounds beginning at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, September 18.
Check-in hours of operation are:
Wednesday: 12:00PM-10:00PM (9:00 AM for Early Arrival Passes)
Thursday: 8:00AM-10:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM-10:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM-12:00PM
Sunday: 8:00AM-12:00PM

Camping Box Office hours will run simultaneously with check-in hours Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. All campers must have a festival pass to enter the campgrounds. All festival passes will be scanned for verification and then you will receive your camping wristband(s). Selling or attempting to re-sell your camping wristbands may result in the cancellation of your camping pass at any time without notice. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
The campground closes at 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, September 18th.
Car camping sites measure approximately 20’ x 20’. RV camping sites measure approximately 20’ x 45’.
Each RV with Power campsite will accommodate both 50amp and 30amp RVs. If you have purchased an added Power Pass for your RV, please bring 50-75 feet of electrical cord to reach the power source.
Campers are allowed to leave on foot at any time. Due to safety concerns, vehicles are not permitted to leave the campgrounds once they are checked in and parked.
A vendor will be within the campgrounds to provide RV black/gray water tank pump-out services, as well as fresh water fill-up to those in RV campsites. These services will be available for a nominal fee, paid at the time of service. (Limited spots available. First come first serve.)
An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width or height than a normal sixteen (16) passenger van (anything 20’ or longer). All oversized vehicles, trailers, and campers that are towed are considered RVs. You MUST have an RV space to bring in an RV, otherwise you will be turned away. Buses, Box Trucks and Cargo Vans are not allowed within the campgrounds.
New in 2024! Campers are allowed to leave on foot at any time. There are no In/Outs for camping vehicles but camping fans that want to have access to a vehicle over the weekend, can purchase an Overnight Camping Vehicle Pass. This designated overnight parking will be in located in a lot separate from camping.
Campers with this pass will need to exit the campground on foot to access this parking area and will be subject to search upon re-entry into the campgrounds. We recommend purchasing in advance, as limited quantities are available.

RV deliveries/drop-offs/pick-ups are not permitted. Each person entering the campgrounds must have a camping & admission wristband as well as a camping parking pass. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Yes. Campers have re-entry privileges between the festival and campground during festival hours. All vehicles within the campground however must stay in place.
No, only campers with proper credentials are allowed in the Bourbon & Beyond campgrounds. You must have a festival ticket and camping wristband to be allowed entry.
Each Car camping pass allows for up to 4 (four) fans, each RV camping pass allows for up to 6 (six) fans.
If you want to park near your friends, make sure you arrive at the same time and that you have the same type of camping pass. Upon arrival, you will be directed to your camping spots.
Yes, Bourbon & Beyond is committed to making the events accessible to everyone and there will be accessible campsites available. ADA Accessible showers will be available within camping. An ADA Camping Registration Form will be available closer to the event.

Barrel Cove Tent Glamping Faqs
No, depending on the package you select, you may only have 2 or 4 people per tent.
Vehicles will be parked nearby and will be easily accessible from the Barrel Cove camping area. There will be a designated area for campers to load and unload upon arrival and departure.
No, Barrel Cove is only open to campers who have purchased this package. A separate wristband will be received upon check-in and will be needed to enter this area at all times.
Oak Cove RV Glamping Faqs
The Oak Cove RVs are a convenient way to camp at Bourbon & Beyond. The RVs are set up and ready to go when you arrive and there is dedicated staff to assist with your check in and show you how to use your RV. Staff will be there to assist if needed and then after the event you don’t have to drive your RV home.
