How do I access the seated viewing area(s)?
When you enter the festival grounds, visit the access center to obtain a wristband allowing access to the dedicated viewing area. All passes to the festival are general admission or VIP, purchasing an accessible ticket is not necessary. The Accessible Viewing Areas are located in GA sections.
The wristband does NOT guarantee a spot in these areas and is to show Festival staff that the patron plus one companion is eligible to enter the accessible viewing areas or the Deaf and Hard of Hearing areas. The accessibility wristband is non-transferrable. Please note that the viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Chairs will be provided on the accessible viewing platform. We cannot save or reserve seats or areas on the platform. Once it’s determined that an accessible viewing area is filled to capacity (including adequate aisle space for entering and exiting the area), the area will not be available for additional entry.
Signage will be placed at the Festival identifying all viewing areas for fans with mobility limitations and fans who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing. Please visit the Access Center for a map of the festival grounds.
Bourbon & Beyond is a general admission event with no assigned seating and does not allow lawn chairs due to capacity restraints, without a Lawn Chair Pass. Accessible seating will be available at viewing platforms.
What services do you provide for deaf/hard of hearing fans?
We welcome all fans, including those that use an ASL Interpreter to enjoy the shows.Fans that are Deaf/Hard of Hearing can request an ASL Viewing wristband at the Access Center. This wristband, like the Access Program wristband indicates that a fan and one companion are eligible to enter the ASL viewing areas.
If you would like to request an ASL Interpreter, please submit a request form when the 2026 lineup is announced. Please make your requests as early as possible so our ASL interpreters can best prepare. The ASL interpreter request form will close one month prior to the festival. Note: while we will do our best to accommodate all ASL set requests. The earlier the request is made, the easier it will be for us to accommodate. All interpreter requests will not be guaranteed, and are subject to change.
If I am in a wheelchair, can I get around?
Our festival was newly designed for 2025. It features many more newly tarred and paved pathways for ease of movement. There will still be distance to travel from stage to stage.
The Access Center will be able to direct you to the best route to stages, platforms, and activations. The Festival does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push services within the festival grounds, and does not have any kind of wheelchairs for rent or loan.
Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, please note that guests may not use personal golf carts, all terrain vehicles, two wheeled scooters, or power driven mobility devices that move faster than a walking speed. Powered wheelchairs may also be charged at the Access Center. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit. Accessible portable toilets are available at the ends of each bank of portable toilets throughout the festival venue.
Are service animals allowed?
Danny Wimmer Presents and Bourbon & Beyond welcome all fans, including those that enjoy Bourbon & Beyond with the use of service animals.
Danny Wimmer Presents and Bourbon & Beyond DOES NOT support pets being misrepresented by their owners as trained service animals. Pets must stay at home, no exceptions. This is for the safety of all our fans and your pet. A rocking music festival is frightening and stressful for untrained animals.
Emotional Support Animals or Therapy Animals are not considered Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and therefore are not allowed into our venue.
A Service Animal is one that has been trained to perform one (or more) specific task(s) for the person with a disability that it serves.
A few notes about bringing your Service Animal to the event:
- When passing through the gates you will receive a short & respectful screening by a member of the Access Team. A band will then be placed on the collar or harness of your Service Animal. This band is purely a visual alert to all our staff that you have already been screened and ensure that you are not stopped and asked multiple times in the different areas of the event. This tag is only for your ease of movement throughout the festival and is not a credential to get you into the festival. You must have a ticket/wristband to enter Bourbon & Beyond.
- Please Note: You will not be asked for any documentation for your service animal however, all canine service animals (including those from out of state) must have proof of current and valid rabies vaccination on them or with their handlers at all times. Proof in the form of a tag on the canine is not adequate, handlers must have a paper copy from their veterinarian showing valid dates. You may be asked for this upon entry. This is the only documentation that you will ever be asked for by the Access Team. This is for the safety of all of our valued fans.
- Your Service Animal must always remain with you & it must be your service animal.
- Your Service Animal must be under your control at all times and have a collar or
harness and lead.
- If (for some reason) your Service Animal displays unsafe behavior of any kind, we
reserve the right to ask you to remove the animal from the festival.
- There will be Service Animal Relief Areas around the event. Please stop by the Access Center for locations. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their Service Animal.
- We reserve the right to facilitate removal and/or refuse access to any animal from the campgrounds or venue if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival fans, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of our policies.

- If you are bringing anything to drink: it must be sealed, non-alcoholic - glass containers of any size will not be allowed into the festival - no exceptions. This is for the safety of all our fans.

You must have a valid state issued Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license plate, as well as proof it belongs to you for entry into Lot B.

What will happen in an emergency evacuation?
Bourbon & Beyond is a rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which we would pause, evacuate or cancel the show due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel.
In the event of an evacuation due to severe weather, fans who drove to the event will seek shelter in their vehicles. Fans who camped will return to the campgrounds to seek shelter in their vehicles. Fans who were dropped off or do not have access to a vehicle may be instructed to seek shelter in the Kentucky Expo Center’s Freedom Hall. Fans will be informed of any emergency situation via audio and video announcements from the stages, the B&B App push notifications and social media. We recommend fans download the B&B app and follow our socials to stay up-to-date with festival communication.
In the event of an evacuation, staff will provide direction to all fans and the Access Center staff will work directly with fans with disabilities to get to shelter safely. More information on evacuation procedures will be available on our Health & Safety Page, the festival map and at the Access Center.
